Account & Registration
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easy! Click on the "Sign Up" button at the top right corner of the homepage. You can sign up using your email address, phone number, or social media accounts. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process.
How do I verify my account?
After registration, you'll receive a verification link via email or OTP via SMS. Click the link or enter the OTP to verify your account. Verified accounts have access to all features including booking consultations.
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address or phone number, and we'll send you a link or OTP to reset your password.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time. Go to your account settings and select "Delete Account". Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed.
Consultations
How do I book a consultation?
To book a consultation, browse through our list of astrologers and select the one that matches your needs. Click on "Chat" or "Call" button, and follow the prompts to schedule your session. You'll need to be logged in to your account to book.
What types of consultations are available?
We offer three types of consultations: Chat (text-based), Voice Call, and Video Call. Each astrologer sets their own rates for different consultation types.
Can I choose my astrologer?
Yes, you can browse through all our astrologers and choose the one that best fits your requirements based on their specialization, experience, ratings, and availability.
How long does a consultation last?
Consultations can be as short or as long as you need. You pay per minute, so you can end the consultation at any time. Most consultations last between 15-30 minutes.
Payments
How does payment work?
We use a pay-per-minute model. You'll be charged based on the duration of your consultation. Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, UPI, or digital wallets. We also offer wallet balance for faster transactions.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available for unsatisfactory consultations. If you feel that the consultation did not meet your expectations, please contact our support team within 24 hours with your consultation details, and we'll review your request.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we regularly offer discounts and promotional offers. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on the latest offers. New users also get a welcome bonus on their first consultation.

We collect basic information like your name, email, and phone number for account creation. During consultations, we may collect birth details for astrological readings. All data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
Can I download my chat history?
Yes, you can download your chat history from your account settings. Go to "Consultations" and select the consultation you want to download.
